Contact Customer Service before returning any device or parts
Prior to returning any item, you must contact ZYGO-USA directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to track your return. Please call Customer Service toll-free in the U.S. and Canada at (800) 234-6006, or directly at (510) 493-0997, or contact us by e-mail at support@zygo-usa.com. You will be asked for the product serial number and/or the sales order number of the items being returned.
Return within 30 days
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact ZYGO-USA regarding an item(s) being returned. An RA will be issued. You have 15 days from receiving the RA to return the item(s) for a full refund. Any refund will be issued directly to the original payer. ZYGO-USA will use our discretion to accept any returns beyond the initial notification of 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for any orders returned beyond the initial notification of 30 days.
The device must be in new condition and complete
You must return the product(s) to ZYGO-USA in mint (new) condition, and must include all original documentation and accessories, and have a return authorization (RA) number prominently displayed on the label. Please include a letter stating the reason for the return, what action is to be taken, the RA number, and contact information.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling
You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging the Product(s) to ZYGO-USA. All duties, taxes, and fees are your responsibility.
